Justin GraftonChief InvestigatorJustin F. Grafton first began serving his country by enlisting in the United States Marine Corps. He completed seven years in the Marine Corps with one combat tour to Iraq. Justin continued his service to his community and has over eight years of law enforcement experience. He graduated as the top graduate in his law enforcement class and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. He also earned a Master’s Degree in criminal justice from William Carey University in 2018. Justin has worked for the D’Iberville Police Department and most recently with the Moss Point Police Department Criminal Investigations Division.
Michael "Randall" HarperInvestigator
Michael “Randall” Harper graduated with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Mississippi in 2005. After college, Randall worked for the Sergeant at Arms Office in Washington D.C. In 2009, Randall began his career in law enforcement with the Pascagoula Police Department. Randall worked in the Patrol Division, Criminal Investigation Division and was a member of the SWAT team. Randall was later assigned to the FBI Safe Streets Task Force. During this time, he transferred to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department where he was promoted to Sergeant and continued with the FBI until January 2021.
Nickolas CrockerInvestigatorNickolas C. Crocker served in the Mississippi Army National Guard for six years. He completed a combat tour in Iraq in 2007. In 2010 he attended the Southern Regional Public Safety Institute as a self-sponsor, where he graduated at the top of his class. He began working as a police officer at the Gautier Police Department after he graduated. There he reached the position of Sergeant of the Criminal Investigations Division. In 2017, he transferred to the Biloxi Police Department. During his career, Nick has received training in criminal investigation techniques, search warrants, forensic photography, hostage negotiations, and evidence collection and management.
Jerry Killingsworth began his career in law enforcement at Moss Point Police Department in 2009. During this time, he worked in the Patrol Division and was later assigned to the Jackson County Interdiction Team. In 2011, Jerry transferred to the Gautier Police Department where he joined the South Mississippi Metropolitan Enforcement Team (S.M.M.E.T) where he conducted numerous operations resulting in the dismantling of neighborhood drug trafficking organizations throughout Jackson County, MS. In 2017, Jerry moved to the Criminal Investigation Division where he achieved the rank of Captain and continued to serve his community until March 2022.
