Ken Taylor was born in Memphis, TN. He is married to the former Margaret Ann Ezell of Pascagoula. Together they have two children and four grandchildren. Taylor is a member of First United Methodist Church in Gautier where he currently serves as chairman of the church council.


Taylor graduated from East High School in Memphis in 1962 and earned his Finance Degree from North Texas State University in 1963.
