Ann Morgan Sullivan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. She then attended the University of Alabama School of Law, where she served as a Senior Editor of the Law and Psychology Review,  a Co-Captain of the National Trial Advocacy Team, an Appellate Advocate for the National Duberstein Bankruptcy Team, and as a member of the Moot Court Board. She was also inducted into the Order of Barristers and the Bench and Bar Society for her dedication to and passion for oral and trial advocacy. Following her second year of law school, Ann Morgan spent the summer as an intern with the District Attorney's Office. After graduating and receiving her Juris Doctorate in 2024, she was admitted to practice in Mississippi and sworn in as an Assistant District Attorney for the 19th Circuit the same year. Ann Morgan is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, Mississippi Prosecutor's Association, and the Jackson County Bar Association.
