Adult Detention Center

The County's Adult Detention Center (ADC) houses a combination of violent and non-violent offenders for both men and women. The ADC is under the authority of the County's Sheriff but is funded and maintained by the Board of Supervisors.

Four basic types of inmates are in custody at the ADC - recently arrested awaiting bond, those awaiting trial without bond, recently convicted awaiting transfer to a State facility and parole violators. There are no State inmates at the County's ADC.

A visitors request form must be completed and approved prior to any visitation.
Visits are limited to 20 minutes with three adults and children under 12 years.
Any person entering the ADC may be subject to search
Picture ID is required for visitation.
It is a violation of state law for any person to introduce or attempt to introduce into this facility any article of contraband such as: explosives, currency, weapons, ammunition, intoxicants or controlled substances.
All visitation must be scheduled. Appointments are made by calling one of the following numbers Monday thru Friday ONLY:
