  Communities east of the Pascagoula River include: Big Point, Cumbest Bluff, Escatawpa, Forts Lake, Franklin Creek, Harleston, Helena, Hurley, Orange Grove, a portion of Vancleave, Moss Point, Pascagoula, Pecan & Wade.
• District 2
  The City of Moss Point (with the exception of the area in District 1) plus, a small portion of Escatawpa & central Pascagoula.

  Encompasses The City of Pascagoula (with the exception of the small area in District 2), The Navy Homeport & Gautier (south of I-10).
