It is recommended to call the Planning Department PRIOR to Completing the following applications to confirm you have the correct, application, fee amount, attachments & filing deadlines.  Required attachments are included on each form/application.

• Public Hearing Application (Change in Zoning District, Use Permit, Special Exception, Variance, Parking Space Exception)
• In-House Review (Variance, Temporary Permit)
• Home Occupation
• Road Petition (Accept Existing Private Road, Open and Lay Out New Road, Alter Existing Road)
